I was preparing my personal 30-day Well-being Challenge to kick off the year and thought that there might be others who would like to join me!
The difference between this challenge and many challenges that start off the new year is that this challenge is about coming up items that YOU want to do on a daily, weekly, semi-monthly basis that will be loving to yourself. Things that will support your body, mind and spirit.
The things that source you, brings you energy, recharges your battery, and fills your cup.
Our well-being in the foundations of everything we do and the foundation of our well-being is how we treat ourselves. You can’t show up as your best self if you are angry, annoyed, in pain, lack sleep, etc. And a big piece of a healthy your wellbeing is making sure you’re getting your needs met.
My hope is that after these 30-day you will have created some great new habits that will support you in developing and amazing wellbeing that will support you in accomplishing the rest of your goals for 2018!
